Twelve years after the tragic death of their little girl, a doll-maker and his wife welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home, where they become the target of the doll-maker's possessed creation, Annabelle.
A priest with a haunted past and a novice on the threshold of her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate the death of a young nun in Romania and confront a malevolent force in the form of a demonic nun.
Dr. Louis Creed and his wife, Rachel, relocate from Boston to rural Maine with their two young children. The couple soon discover a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near their new home.
Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her "safely" behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest's holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target--the Warrens' ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends.Written by

The identity of the demon primarily attached to the Annabelle doll still goes unrevealed still, only still to date bearing the title of the Ram, for it's demonic appearance and it's former 1960's disciples the Disciples of the Ram, which had previously featured Janice 'Annabelle' Higgins. Annabelle Comes Home takes place in 1968 (the Warrens remove her from the nurses' house after interviewing them), yet we see Rory's music box from The Conjuring present in the artifact room, despite The Conjuring taking place 3 years later. See more »
This is coming from a person who doesn't watch horror movies because I'm scared but also cuz I just don't care for the genre much. But this movie was just a honest waste of time and money in my opinion. The pace of the movie was quite slow during the times it led to the jump scares; which were also very mediocre. The character "Daniella" was unbearable to watch. As well as the ending was so stupidly abrupt. It was comparable to the "when she woke up she realized it was all just a dream" scenario. You would expect the characters involved in this movie to be genuinely traumatized after such an event, but no they all were happy as if nothing happened. Also how are people rating this 10/10, do u have any taste in film? Anyways, Smh I just want my money back lmao.
